As a quality conscious concern, Textile Syndicate follows a strict
quality management system to ensure the production of top notch quality
products at every level. The finest quality of fabrics, yarns and
other raw materials are sourced from the reputed agents of the market, and
that too after strict inspection. Our entire process is executed under
the supervision of experienced quality inspectors that invalidates
every possibility of quality degradation. The stitching is done by
employing ultra modern zuki machines, thus leaving no stone unturned in
facilitating the movement of only the best products to the market.
Infrastructure
We possess an advance facility at Coimbatore which is equipped with
latest machines and technically proficient workforce to deliver
unmatched articles for our valued clients. Our mechanical strength
enables us to ensure efficient and prompt production. Currently we are
having 300 looms for garments and 200 looms for made-ups, respectively.
We are also having 150 M/S seating capacity in stitching room with a
production capacity of 1,50,000 pieces in a month.
